In 2019 Proskauer pioneered a first-in-kind program designed for 1L women, aimed at delivering practical insight into their first year of law school. Comprised of 30 high-achieving students from across the country, the class experienced a week of counsel, mentorship, support and invaluable relationship building. The curriculum focused on four key pillars: practical guidance for success in law school, introduction to the legal profession, professionalism skills and mentorship. Elizabeth Turovsky, 2019 Proskauer Prep participant, said, "I'm confident that the information I gained from the case briefing session, mock class, mock exam, and legal writing lesson will serve me well as I embark on law school this fall.”
