The Hispanic/Latino Lawyer Affinity Group serves as a resource to further the recruitment, career development and retention of Hispanic/Latino lawyers at the firm. The group strives to carry out its goals by actively aiding recruiting efforts, fostering a supportive social and professional networking environment and promoting training opportunities and other resources for advancement. Hispanic/Latino Lawyer Affinity Group members are actively involved in Hispanic Heritage Month events, community service and pro bono initiatives, which help connect Proskauer to the larger community. The group also works to provide informal mentoring opportunities to further promote an inclusive environment in which to share ideas, thoughts and perspectives at the Firm.
