Alexia Boyarsky is a corporate associate and a member of the Firm’s Private Funds Group. She earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law and her B.A. in English Literature from UCLA.
Alexia counsels private equity fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their funds, which includes assisting with the formation of private investment funds, co-investment funds and managed accounts, facilitating the funds’ investments in portfolio companies, as well as fund ownership and operational matters.
Her fundraising experience spans the private equity asset class for sponsors with a wide variety of strategies such as buyout, venture and growth capital, emerging market, private credit, secondaries and special situations.
She also advises clients in secondary transactions, which include portfolio sales or purchases of limited partner interests, direct investments and stapled secondaries.
