Harriet West is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Finance and Private Credit Groups. Harriet concentrates her practice on leveraged and acquisition finance as well as general banking.
She represents a variety of clients including alternative lenders, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporates on unitranche financings, second-lien financings, mezzanine financings, first out/last out structures, holdco PIK and other subordinated facilities. Her extensive experience covers a wide range of transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance facilities, corporate facilities and refinancings in both the middle market and upper market.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Harriet was a senior associate at Hogan Lovells, where she spent time in the acquisition finance team in the London office.
