Maegan is a corporate associate and a member of the Firm’s Private Funds Group. She counsels private investment fund sponsors on all aspects of their business, including fund structuring and formation, co-investment funds and managed accounts, investments in portfolio companies, regulatory issues and compliance, and day-to-day management and operations.
Maegan represents clients pursuing a variety of strategies across the private equity asset class, including venture and growth capital, secondaries, special opportunity funds, and fund-of-funds. She has experience advising and representing clients with the formation and operation of management entities for private funds.
She also advises clients in secondary market transactions, which include portfolio sales of limited partner interests and direct investments.
